Trujillo the Wordstealer

IT HAS BEEN SO LONG!

It's not that I haven't been drawing at all. :sweat: It's just that I haven't been posting anything. I have notebooks full of drawings I've done over the past two years... but this is the only color thing I've done for a long time. More than a year, actually.

Part of that is because I lost my tablet pen for a while. And I don't color without that anymore. It's too hard to go back to using a mouse when you don't have that. And I don't even have a mouse.

So, anyway, this is a picture I did of ~mizutaka's character Trujillo the Wordstealer. He's a sand pirate. A saucy sand pirate. And I love him. But she finally started getting me descriptions and examples of the kind of clothing her characters wear. So, I have the need to draw them. It's a compulsion.

But, even though she's seen this (in pencil), I decided to color it for her because yesterday was a bad day for her.
